Ingredients

  • 4 (1 1/2lbs) Chicken Breasts

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp dried thyme

  • 1 tsp dried rosemary

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions

  • Marinate the chicken by mixing olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Pat the chicken breasts dry and coat them with the marinade, letting them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Place the marinated chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Check for doneness using a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
