Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Breasts

  • 1 cup marinara (50g per serving)

  • 1 cup Daisy lowfat cottage cheese (15g per serving)

  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, shredded or freshly grated (10g per serving)

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp pepper

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Directions

  • Pound chicken flat, drizzle or spray with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Bake at 425 for 15 minutes.
  • Top with marinara sauce, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese.
  • Broil 5-10 minutes, or until cheese melts and browns slightly. Check temp of chicken. Should be 165 degrees.
  • Air Fryer Directions:
  • Air fry chicken breasts at 350 for 3 minutes.
  • Add marinara and cheeses.
  • Air fry for another 2-3 minutes, or until the chicken reaches 165.
