Ingredients

  • 1 Serving Vanilla Protein Powder

  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds

  • 1/4 cup blueberry (frozen or fresh)

  • 2 cups unsweetened Almond milk

  • Handful Spinach or kale ( approx 1 cup)

  • Handful of ice cubes

Directions

  • Add all ingredients into blender and blend until completely smooth for 2 minutes.
