4 Chicken Breasts
1 cup marinara (50g per serving)
1 cup Daisy lowfat cottage cheese (15g per serving)
1/3 cup parmesan cheese, shredded or freshly grated (10g per serving)
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
Directions
- Pound chicken flat, drizzle or spray with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Bake at 425 for 15 minutes.
- Top with marinara sauce, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese.
- Broil 5-10 minutes, or until cheese melts and browns slightly. Check temp of chicken. Should be 165 degrees.
- Air Fryer Directions:
- Air fry chicken breasts at 350 for 3 minutes.
- Add marinara and cheeses.
- Air fry for another 2-3 minutes, or until the chicken reaches 165.
