Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped mango

  • 2 tablespoon chopped red onion

  • 2 tablespoons cilantro

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

  • Sea salt and pepper

  • Cooking spray

  • 4 ( 6 oz) salmon fillets

Directions

  • In a small bowl, combine mango, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt and pepper.
  • Heat a nonstick pan with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Salt and pepper both sides of salmon fillet. Cook 4 minutes on each side or to your liking.
  • Serve with a scoop of salsa on top
  • Enjoy!
