1 cup chopped mango
2 tablespoon chopped red onion
2 tablespoons cilantro
1 tablespoon lime juice
Sea salt and pepper
Cooking spray
4 ( 6 oz) salmon fillets
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine mango, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt and pepper.
- Heat a nonstick pan with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Salt and pepper both sides of salmon fillet. Cook 4 minutes on each side or to your liking.
- Serve with a scoop of salsa on top
